Eli Update

Hello everyone ~ Well, as you can tell, I got bored with the previous layout, so I'm tinkering around with a more whimsical design! I'm trying to figure out how to change the html code (thanks, Shalonda!). So, more changes to come...Before I go to bed, I wanted to share some updates of my dear, sweet little Eli. Enjoy!


~~ I had no idea that he had learned this at school until one day he came home and blew me away! Click "play" to see what it is... :)


~~ He still LOVES to read (and memorize!) stories


~~ We've enjoyed watching the olympics - he always says, "maybe when I get bigger I can do that!" (so far, "that" would include platform diving, gymnastics, swimming, and running!). He loves sports. We took him to a Round Rock Express game last month, which he loved!!



~~ Still gets a kick of out Hadley - he is so excited to see her accomplish new things!


~~ It was the first time, but a week ago we got a report from Eli's teacher that he was acting aggressive sometimes towards his friends. She said that it was almost always after they had acted out first, but still, we sat down and had a heart-to-heart with Eli. The rest of the week he was perfect! Rather than retaliate, he would just let his teacher know if someone did wrong to him. As a reward, I took him to "Build-A-Bear" (or in this case, "Build-A-Dinosaur"), and he picked out a dinasour he named "Zaggy". He likes making up names! :)
